We value the importance of developing a positive approach to learning and creating a supportive environment for both staff and students. At the very heart of our mission is to provide the best possible learning experience for our community. We recognise that this will be achieved by our staff and are committed to attracting and retaining the best possible staff.
Our goal is to be an employer of choice via the opportunities and experiences we provide for our staff. We also believe in the concept of 'lifelong learning' and our Professional Learning and Development framework provides for regular review of individual goals, as well as practical and active support in their achievement.
