After finishing school in 1993 Patrick entered the work force and a few years later he started his own computer/IT/marketing business based in Mt Evelyn,. During this time he also established the Youth Action Group to provide an outlet for young people to connect and engage with the local community. In 2016 he decided to use his creative skills by launching Yarra Ranges LIFE TV, which provides a platform for local community groups to tell their stories.
