Spectrum Journeys is running two workshops that I would like to alert you to. The first is a workshop on 'Building resilience in children on the autism spectrum', which is on Wednesday 23 October. The second workshop is 'The anxiety of autism workshop', which is on Wednesday 30 October. Both workshops are being held in Mooroolbark and cost $15 each. ReachOut is an online mental health organisation for young people, providing practical support, tools and tips to help them get through anything from everyday issues to tough times. They also provide information for parents to make it easier for them to help their teenagers.
